Online Registration for the Second Annual Douglas Lake Swim-a-thon

Register online for the Second Annual Douglas Lake Swim-a-thon fundraiser, hosted by the Quality of Life Foundation for Jefferson County Building a Better Future.

Approximate 2 mile open water swim competition from buoys near Day Board 12 and The Point Marina in Dandridge by an individual or relay teams of up to 5 swimmers. Minimum age for a swimmer is 14 years old. All funds raised through entry fees and sponsorships will be donated to two local charities - the Dandridge Food Pantry and the Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center.

Registration fees include meal at completion of swim, numbered swim cap and USA Triathlon one day event sanctioning (form to be completed and signed at Race Day registration).

$35/swimmer (before July 31, 2010)
$45/swimmer (after July 31 through Race Day)

Official First Annual tee shirts are also available for only $15 or two for $25.

Each swimmer is asked to bring at least one non-perishable food item to donate to the Dandridge Food Pantry on the day of the race.

Completing this online registration form indicates your intent to swim on Saturday, August 14, 2010. This form must be completed in its entirety in order to secure your participation. Registration fees may be sent my postal mail after submitting this online form. You will receive a copy of this registration, along with further details in how to finalize your registration, at the e-mail address you specify.
